For the safety of our clients and clinicians, all sessions are being done via telehealth until further notice. We are working on our reopening plan for those clients that would like in person sessions following recommended safety precautions. We use different types of therapies or techniques depending on what you need, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based therapies, substance abuse counseling, grief and loss counseling, play therapy, etc. We have experience in providing psychotherapy for different issues you may be experiencing, such as depression, anxiety, mood management, substance abuse, communication struggles, or other challenges you may be facing in your life.
We understand that many clients prefer to use their health insurance benefits to help with costs of counseling. We will work to verify insurance benefits and submit claims for you. We currently accept Anthem, Aetna, Husky, Medicare and certain Medicare Advantage plans, UnitedHealthCare, and Oxford plans. We also offer counseling services on a self pay basis.
